REBLEUM Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement
By applying to or participating in the Rebleum Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("Affiliate") and Rebleum ("Rebleum," "we," "our," or "us").
2. Eligibility
To participate, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Maintain accurate account, contact, and payout information.

Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.
Rebleum reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any Affiliate account at its sole discretion.
3. Tracking & Attribution
Approved Affiliates will receive unique affiliate links, discount codes, or other tracking assets.
Commissions are credited only for sales successfully tracked through Rebleum's designated systems. Rebleum is not responsible for lost commissions resulting from browser settings, cookie restrictions, ad blockers, incorrect link usage, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Rebleum reserves the right to modify attribution rules, cookie durations, commission rates, product eligibility, and Program requirements at any time.
4. Commissions & Payouts

Unless otherwise approved in writing by Rebleum, commissions will be issued exclusively as store credit redeemable at rebleum.com.

Affiliate balances must reach a minimum of $50 USD before becoming eligible for payout.

Balances below the minimum threshold automatically roll over to future periods.

Verified payouts may take up to 30 business days to process following the applicable verification period.

Store credit may not be combined with any affiliate, ambassador, influencer, referral, or promotional discount code. Program participants are prohibited from using affiliate or promotional discount codes for their own purchases unless expressly authorized by Rebleum in writing.

Commissions are earned only on completed transactions for which payment has been successfully received by Rebleum.
- For any referred customer who signs up for a recurring subscription product using your affiliate link or custom tracking code, commission will be issued exclusively on the first order only. All subsequent monthly subscription renewals are strictly non-commissionable.
Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks
Rebleum may deduct, reverse, cancel, or recover commissions associated with:

Returned orders

Refunded purchases
-
Cancelled transactions
-
Chargebacks
-
Payment disputes
Rebleum may delay, withhold, or deny payouts while reviewing account activity, referral quality, traffic sources, or potential violations of these Terms.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:

Submit affiliate links or discount codes to coupon websites, deal forums, browser extensions, cashback services, or similar platforms, including but not limited to Honey, RetailMeNot, CouponBirds, and Capital One Shopping.

Run paid advertising using affiliate links, discount codes, or Rebleum brand assets.

Bid on Rebleum trademarks, brand names, domain names, misspellings, or similar keywords in search advertising.

Use affiliate links or discount codes for personal purchases.

Generate referrals through bots, fake accounts, click farms, incentivized traffic, automated systems, or fraudulent methods.

Send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, mass direct messages, or automated outreach.
Violations
Violations of this section may result in:

Immediate removal from the Program

Cancellation of unpaid commissions

Reversal or recovery of improperly earned commissions

Permanent disqualification from future participation
6. FTC Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with Rebleum in accordance with applicable advertising and endorsement laws, including FTC guidelines.

Disclosures must be visible before a consumer clicks an affiliate link or uses a discount code.
Failure to comply may result in suspension, termination, or forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
7. Product Claims & Representations
Affiliates may not make false, misleading, medical, therapeutic, or unsubstantiated claims regarding Rebleum products.
Affiliates may not state or imply that Rebleum products diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or medical condition.
All promotional content must be truthful and consistent with information published by Rebleum.
8. Brand Assets & Intellectual Property
Rebleum grants Affiliates a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use approved Rebleum logos, trademarks, images, and marketing materials solely for participation in the Program.
Affiliates may not:

Modify brand assets without written approval.

Misrepresent affiliation with Rebleum.

Create misleading, defamatory, or damaging content involving Rebleum.
Rebleum may require the removal of any content it determines to be inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate, or inconsistent with its brand standards.
9. Taxes
Affiliates participate as independent contractors.
Affiliates are solely responsible for all taxes, reporting obligations, and governmental filings relating to compensation received through the Program.
Rebleum may require tax documentation before issuing payouts, rewards, or credits where required by law.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time.
Upon termination, Affiliates must discontinue use of all affiliate links, discount codes, trademarks, logos, marketing materials, and other Rebleum brand assets and remove them from public-facing content within seventy-two (72) hours.
Affiliates who voluntarily leave the Program are eligible to receive earned commissions only if the applicable payout threshold has been met at the time of termination.
11. Program Changes
Rebleum may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including these Terms, commission rates, payout methods, eligibility requirements, and Program features, at any time.
Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
12. Fraud & Commission Adjustments
Rebleum reserves the right to investigate referral activity and determine the validity of traffic, referrals, and commissions using internal reviews, analytics tools, and third-party fraud detection systems.
Rebleum may withhold, reverse, deny, cancel, or recover commissions resulting from fraudulent activity, invalid referrals, prohibited marketing methods, or violations of these Terms.
Rebleum's determination regarding Program compliance shall be final.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebleum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program.
Rebleum's total liability shall not exceed the amount of commissions paid to the Affiliate during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rebleum and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

Participation in the Program

Affiliate-created content
-
Promotional activities
-
Violations of these Terms
-
Violations of applicable laws or regulations
15. Force Majeure
Rebleum shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, platform failures, natural disasters, governmental actions, labor disputes, cyberattacks, payment processor failures, or similar events.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in New York.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Rebleum and the Affiliate regarding participation in the Program and supersede all prior communications relating to the Program.
