This matcha is our definitive everyday matcha. It is affordable yet strikingly high-quality, with its vibrant green color; this blend pairs Yabukita's traditional depth with Seimei's rich, natural umami. It contains both the subtle flavors of a classic Kyoto-style matcha and qualities of an exceptional blend that could be mistaken for a first-harvest-only blend. 

Yabukita is Japan’s most dominant tea cultivar, making up roughly 75% of the country’s total harvest due to its classic, robust flavor and rich aroma. When blended with Seimei—a rare, modern cultivar prized for its vivid emerald color and smooth, low-astringency finish—it creates an exceptionally balanced matcha. 

This matcha is perfect for everyday uses like lattes and pastries, or experimenting with different matcha recipes.
