Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Preorders

Products marked as "Preorder" will ship according to the estimated timeline listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items become available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to qualifying orders and are subject to change without notice.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

After a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. If your shipment is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping may be limited or unavailable. If international shipping is offered, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

California’s Proposition 65 requires special warnings for products shipped to destinations within the state of California if they contain chemicals on the state's warning list, even in trace amounts.
Because matcha is an agricultural product made by grinding the entire tea leaf, it can naturally absorb trace minerals and heavy metals from the soil during the growth cycle. As a result, shipments of our matcha products to California addresses carry the following state-mandated disclosure:

Please note that California's Proposition 65 standards are among the strictest in the world and are significantly lower than federal FDA safety limits. We work closely with our traditional tea farmers to ensure our matcha is of the highest purity and entirely safe to enjoy.
